ABOUT UYI WELLNESS

Built at the intersection of

community and care.

UYI Wellness was founded on a simple belief: the gap between health organizations and the communities they serve is a solvable problem — if someone builds the infrastructure to close it.

Our Mission

We exist to close the gap between health organizations and the communities they serve.

UYI Wellness builds and maintains verified networks of community-based organizations spanning the social determinants of health, and provides the infrastructure health organizations need to formalize those connections, document compliance, and demonstrate meaningful community impact. We don't replace community. We make it work harder for the people who need it most.

What We Stand For

Our Values

01

Access Over Exclusivity

The resources that support community health should be findable, trustworthy, and accessible — not buried in informal referral networks or undocumented relationships. We believe every community deserves a verified pathway to care.

02

Community-Rooted

We work alongside local organizations rather than replacing them. Every partnership in our network is built on trust, verified through a rigorous vetting process, and sustained through ongoing relationship — not a one-time listing.

03

Public Health-Informed, People-Led

Our infrastructure is grounded in national accreditation standards, evidence-based frameworks, and over a decade of managed care experience — while remaining centered on the lived experience and dignity of the communities we serve.

UYI Wellness was founded by a public health strategist with more than 12 years of experience in managed care, health policy, and accreditation, including direct experience evaluating health organizations against national standards.

"What You Honor, Echoes."

We built UYI Wellness on that belief that when people and organizations genuinely commit to community health, something lasting gets created.
