1. What is UYI and the Element Series (Founder’s Collection)?

UYI is a wellness brand rooted in ritual, design, and reverence. Our first release, the Element Series, includes three mats: Grounded, Float, and Elevated — each inspired by a different energy state. They’re designed to support your personal rituals of movement, stillness, or reflection.

2. What are your mats made of?

Mats in the Element Series are crafted using eco-conscious materials such as Coconut PU (polyurethane) and natural rubber for grip, durability, and joint support.

  • Non-toxic and pvc-free

  • Top PU (polyurethane) layer wicks away sweat and moisture quickly for superior dry-grip and non-slip surface

  • Bottom material is made from high quality natural rubber has a good grip, keep you always in place no slipping

3. How should I clean or care for my mat?

Wipe gently with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking or using harsh chemicals. Let it air dry fully before rolling it up. Roll with the design side facing out to help preserve its structure.

Care Instructions

  • Always roll mat with top of mat side facing out. Rolling in opposite direction can damage mat surface.

  • Wipe top of mat with a microfiber cloth after use. If using solution, apply it to the cloth first; Do not apply it directly on the mat. And mat is not machine washable.

  • To protect the top of the mat, try to avoid having lotions or rings on hands or feet before practice. Avoid cubbies or storage areas with sharp edges that can leave a lasting mark.

4. When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Once shipped, most deliveries arrive within 7–12 business days, depending on location. You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your mat is on the way.

Please note:

For pre-orders or made-to-order items, please allow up to 4–5 weeks for production and delivery. These mats are created in small, intentional batches to maintain design quality and support conscious production. Shipping times will be clearly noted at checkout for each product.

5. Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship within the U.S. and select international locations.

6. What is your return and refund policy?

Due to hygiene standards, all UYI mats are final sale. If your mat arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@uyiwellness.com. We’ll review your concern and let you know if a return is needed. If approved, we’ll provide a return address and next steps.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
