  • We design and implement a formal referral system for your organization, mapping your current process, building a documented workflow, training your staff, and connecting you to a vetted network of community resources. The result is a referral process you can stand behind when funders, health plans, and regulators ask to see it. You’ll be able to connect your patients, members, or clients to a vetted network of wellness providers including mental health, movement, peer support, and more.
